Our first guest on the Nitty Gritty is, in fact, the show’s co-host, Cameron Treu. He’s the founder, owner, and pit boss of the famous Bam Bam’s BBQ in Orem Utah. His story is inspiring to any aspiring business owner. He shares the story of being inspired to learn barbecue while watching TV when he was in his thirties. He then pursued an apprenticeship in Texas and won multiple barbecue competitions, ultimately opening his own restaurant and developing an impressive network of celebrity connections.
